Grade 2 · Mid-ManagementLead a production line of 45–60 operators to achieve daily efficiency and quality targets, ensure SOP and safety compliance on the floor, and coach line supervisors and operators to close skill gaps.

Key responsibilities
✓
Plan daily line layout, manpower allocation and machine setup to meet production targets
✓
Monitor line efficiency, output and first-time-right quality in real time
✓
Ensure full SOP and safety compliance across the line, escalating hazards immediately
✓
Coach and mentor line supervisors and junior operators on technical and soft skills
✓
Conduct daily briefings and communicate targets, KPIs and quality feedback to the team
✓
Coordinate with Quality, Industrial Engineering and HR on training and compliance needs
✓
Own the line’s training completion and certification status for mandatory programs
